SPORT TAEKWONDO
Monday's class focuses on Olympic-style sport fighting.
The aim of this class is to improve fitness, flexibility, footwork and stamina, along with readying students for competitions.

BLACK BELT
CLASS
Tuesday's class is exclusively for our red belt and above students. During this session Master Carrington leads our high grades through all the advanced aspects of the martial art. These include the black belt patterns, knife-defence, self-defence, baton-defence, advanced kicking techniques etc.
JUNIORS

Our junior class introduces youngsters, aged 4-7, into Taekwondo. It is a two-hour session of fun, games and martial arts.
